RAPID BLEND SANDING DISCS FOR ANGLE GRINDERS - CRYSTALIZED Non-woven sanding discs for angle grinders are made of three components: strong synthetic fiber cloth with high quality abrasive, impregnated with a lubricant-free binder. Rapid Blend discs have a modular structure with different fabric structure - from open to denser - for deburring and finishing. Can be used in conjunction with fiber and disc flap discs for blending and finishing in one or two successive operations. For removing light weld beads and weld spatter, heavy deburring and finishing 2-in-1: Can be used like an 80 grit disc flap wheel and produces a surface finish similar to a Rapid Blend (NEX 2SF) grinding wheel High performance grit provides aggressive, rapid material removal, reduced cycle times and increased workpiece quality Twice the life of conventional unified (pressed) compact wheels, with minimal wheel wear (detachment) Can be used alternatively or in conjunction with, fiber and disc flap wheels for improved workpiece quality.
